Mandrien is launching a valuable new service, for agents, underwriters, or anyone requiring assistance in monitoring important deadlines. It is a License and Compliance Tracking Service which allows us to track agency and agent license expiration dates, CE requirement dates, renewal due dates, insurance expirations, filing and submission requirement dates, appointments, etc.
We utilize a third-party software program which is designed specifically for the insurance industry. This software allows us to track license expiration and renewal dates, continuing education requirement and related compliance due dates, insurance and bond expirations, filing deadlines, appointments, etc. After we load the data provided to us by our client, we are able to track all of the client’s information and will provide the client with notifications of upcoming action dates 90/60/30 days prior to deadlines. If the client so chooses, we can handle submissions and filings for an additional fee.
The software provider is responsible for all IT matters, and all data is stored on a Sequel server, which is housed by the software provider and backed up daily. Once the client provides us with all dates to be tracked, Mandrien will load the data into our software, verify it, and set it up for notifications, etc. We will be able to give the client web access for viewing data, and there are various reports available.
