Adrienne Mann
Founder and President
Biographical Sketch

Adrienne Mann is President and Founder of Mandrien Corporation which was launched on January 2nd, 2008. Mandrien Corporation is a leading provider of consulting services and outsourcing solutions for the title insurance industry.
Prior to the formation of Mandrien Corporation, Ms. Mann managed and worked with several departments within First American Title Insurance Company for nearly 19 years, and served as Assistant Vice President and National Agency Operations Manager for the final eight years of her employment before she formed Mandrien Corporation. During that time Ms. Mann saw a growing need for consulting services and outsourcing solutions for the title insurance industry. With her vast experience, expertise, national reputation, and support of her colleagues, Ms. Mann knew she could address these needs and provide a valuable service to the industry.

Over the course of Ms. Mann’s 34 year career in corporate, financial, and legal fields, she has held various paralegal, administrative, and management roles. Some of the positions in which she served were that of Securities Paralegal for DWG Corporation which was part of the Victor Posner conglomerate of companies, Funding and Compliance Manager for Capital America, Inc. (an equipment leasing subsidiary of Landmark Banking Corporation), and Stock Transfer and Stockholder Relations Administrator for Southern National Bank of North Carolina.

Early in her career, while living in New York, Adrienne worked in the field of International Trademark Law and began her career as a Legal Trainee at the prestigious law firm of Rogers Hoge and Hills in 1974. Ms. Mann then moved on to one of the leading international trademark law firms in New York, Weiss Dawid Fross Zelnick & Lehrman in 1977. In 1980, she accepted a position as Trademark Paralegal with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., the largest distiller of liquor in the world.

Ms. Mann is originally from Long Island, New York, where she met her husband Donald F. Mann in 1974. They were married in 1976 and moved to South Florida in 1981, where they have happily resided for 27 years.

Gael Uhlig
Vice President and General Counsel
Biographical Sketch

Gael Uhlig is Vice President and General Counsel of Mandrien Corporation. Gael Uhlig is a Florida licensed attorney admitted to practice in 1996. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Connecticut and his Masters Degree from the University of Leeds, in Leeds, England.

Prior to joining Mandrien Corporation, Mr. Uhlig served for eight years as Vice President and Title Counsel for First American Equity Loan Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company, specializing in title insurance and related services to the equity lending community.

In his role as Title Counsel, Mr. Uhlig was responsible for legal compliance and policy related to all aspects of issuing title insurance on a national level, encompassing every state. Additionally, he was responsible for establishing underwriting policy and for all escalated transactional underwriting determinations. Mr. Uhlig was also responsible for the administration of all non-traditional title product claims and for training both internal and external customers on a variety of title insurance issues. Prior to his role as Title Counsel, he managed a busy escrow office for four years for First American Title Insurance Company, disbursing up to $30,000,000 on a monthly basis.

In his early career, while attending Law School, Gael worked at Romano & Associates in Rocky Hill, CT, where he assisted the firm in real estate transactions, criminal and civil cases and bankruptcy. Gael studied for his Masters Degree and travelled extensively while residing in London for three years.

Lori A. Novak
Licensing Director
Biographical Sketch

Lori A. Novak is Licensing Director of Mandrien Corporation. Prior to joining Mandrien Corporation, Mrs. Novak served for four years as the Licensing & Compliance Coordinator for the National Agency Division of First American Title Insurance
Company in Sunrise, Florida. During that time she obtained first hand experience with the nuances of national licensing of title agents and title agencies. Ms. Novak also has more than six years of experience working in a variety of roles within a
marketing group at one of the largest P&C insurers in the US. Her experience in that span of time in the P&C insurance
industry ranges from Business Analyst to Claims Adjuster and Product Specialist. In addition to her ten plus years of experience in the insurance industry, she also has six years of experience in customer service in a retail environment, including the training and managing of employees.

Lori is currently completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration through the University of Florida. Mrs. Novak is a native Floridian and is married to her husband of seven years, David Novak, and they reside in Sunrise, Florida.

Michael Botelho
Director of Research and Technology
Biographical Sketch

Michael Botelho is Director of Research and Technology of Mandrien Corporation. Prior to serving in this exciting new role at Mandrien, Mr. Botelho worked at The National Agency Division of First American Title Insurance Company in Sunrise, Florida from 2004-2008. Michael managed a variety of agency support services, and worked on numerous IT support functions for this Division. His responsibilities also included agent website administration, the creation of PowerPoint presentations, policy form templates, and developing and coordinating a variety of agency services.

Mr. Botelho is actively building his credentials and furthering his education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and studying the French language. Among the many assets he brings to Mandrien is his ability to write and fluently speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Michael Botelho arrived in the United States in 1999 and began attending college while working at First American in 2005. He was born and raised in his native country of Brazil. Today Michael is married to his wife, Ana Paula Botelho, and resides in Coconut Creek, Florida.
